How quickly can you come out to a roof leak?
We aim to attend active leaks within 24 to 48 hours across Epping, Loughton, Harlow, Brentwood and the surrounding area. If water is entering the property we make it safe first, then return to complete the permanent repair.

Do I need scaffolding for my roof work?
For most work above single storey, yes. Working safely at height needs a proper platform and it protects your property as well as our team. Scaffold is always priced separately and clearly in your quote so nothing is hidden.
Should I repair my roof or replace it?
If the timbers are sound and the covering has life in it, repair is the sensible option and we will say so. Once you are replacing tiles every winter, or the battens and membrane have perished, a full replacement works out cheaper across ten years. We quote both so you can decide.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. We do everything from a single slipped tile through to full loft conversions. Small repairs are how most of our long term customers first meet us.
